Tactical UGV for
the Modern Battlefield
Robotic First Contact. Extended Reach.
NOMAD® is a small form factor UGV weighing under 650 pounds yet delivering over 1,000 pounds of payload capacity. Powerful, low cost, and easy to operate, NOMAD® gives soldiers exceptional mobility and mission flexibility while reducing burden and extending endurance and maneuver options.
WHY NOMAD®
Mobility without Compromise

Transportability

Towable behind multiple vehicle types and transportable on: IBCT (ISV) assets, NATO pallets inside SBCT platforms and full-size SUVs. Jumpable and airdrop-capable for full multi-domain mobility.

Weight to Payload Ratio

Optimized design delivers exceptional payload transport capacity, supporting up to 1,000 lbs while maintaining a lightweight, soldier-portable frame.

Open Architecture

Offers flexible operation modes, including autonomous, teleoperated control for remote missions, and manual drive for complex terrain or no-signal environments.

Simple and Robust

Built with a rugged, low-maintenance chassis engineered for reliability in austere and contested environments, while remaining simple to maintain and easy for soldiers to learn and operate.

Economic and Commercial

Commercially derived platform delivers cost-effective sustainment and scalability without compromising tactical performance.

Mission Adaptability

Rapidly configurable to support any mission need with payload packages that enhance lethality, CASEVAC, sustainment, breaching, and power export.

Autonomy
Intelligence in Motion

Follow-Me Mode

Employs real-time vision and adaptive following to track a human or selected object, supporting hands-free autonomous movement. Soldiers can seamlessly hand off the follow target to another unit member, enabling fluid movement and continuous support across the formation.

Waypoint Navigation

Follows predefined waypoints while autonomously avoiding obstacles. Enables Beyond Line of Sight control via satellite and onboard autonomy, and maintains navigation along the set path in GPS-denied environments.

Swarm Autonomy

One operator controls multiple platforms with coordinated mission autonomy and human oversight, for scalable force multiplication.

ATAK Compatible

Integrates seamlessly with the DoW-standard ATAK system, reducing dedicated operator kit requirements and allowing multiple soldiers to control or monitor NOMAD®.

…NOMAD increases the capability of a rifle squad by providing a higher level on covering fire and ability to transport equipment across the battlefield.

CAPTAIN

System allows loads to be carried over distance without Soldier fatigue and provided a power option.

AEWE Participant

NOMAD is an exceptional tool freeing up tasks that would take 4 soldiers now able to accomplish with 1.

Captain

It's ability to carry sustainment, ammunition, and heavy weapons such as the M2 .50 cal, increases the capability of a rifle squad by providing a higher level on covering fire and ability to transport equipment across the battlefield.

CFWE Participant

The NOMAD has the ability to carry more weight than I believe I could ever put on it.

CFWE Participant

Reduces soldier payload burden.

Captain

Very, very user friendly. Super Easy. No doubt with 30 min of training you could give instruction and training to entire formation.

First Sergeant

Ability to traverse terrain is phenomenal.
